Did you know that there is a castle Denver? It´s located in the historic Montclair neighborhood of Denver, built by the Baron Water von Richthofen as an authentic German castle. Around the castle are situated a variety of new homes, stately, older mansions and some smaller ranch homes from the 1960´s and 1970´s.
The area is bounded by 6th Avenue on the south and Colfax on the north; Quebec on the east and Holly on the west. Local residents love the Montclair Recreation Center with full facilities, including swimming pools, tennis courts, racquetball courts and workout rooms. The Rec Center is operated by the City & County of Denver as a public facility. There is also a neighborhood park and the nearby Lowry "Town Center" for shopping and dining.
The commute time to downtown Denver is about 20 minutes and nearby Cherry Creek shopping districtis less than 10 minutes away!
