Gleneagle Estates is a brand new 104 single-family custom home subdivision in the Thornton real estate area that is located about 10 miles north of Denver, Colorado.

When the City of Thornton homes locations were planned during the 1950's, a large amount of land was set aside for parks and wilderness activities for all communities within the Thornton real estate areas. Gleneagle Estates consists of 141 acres with about one-third of this land committed to non-developments.

The subdivision of Gleneagle Estates is led by a homeowners association (HOA). Specific rules govern property care and upkeep in this new designer community so that all members of the community have a nice place to live. This community sends its children to the nearby Brighton School District, and enjoys traditional family values.
