The Denver Country Club is located just west of the fashionable Cherry Creek shopping center and neighborhood. The homes range in price in Country Club Place from $1,000,000 to $4,000,000; homes in Country Club North are attractively priced from $400,000 to $2,000,000. This area is next to Cheeseman Park, which provides plenty of open space and recreation opportunities. You can find real estate for just about any taste in this neighborhood.

The area just south of Denver Country Club is known alternately as Country Club South and Washington Park North. Homes here are priced from $300,000 - $3,000,000. All three of these neighborhoods are centrally located making them attractive for easy commutes to downtown Denver and the nearby shopping center as well as popular eateries, art studios and gathering places. Even Washington Park is only a short bike ride away.
